Order Processing

All orders are processed after your purchase is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted and another notification once your order has shipped.

Made on Demand Items

This item is made on demand just for you—please allow 12–14 business days for delivery.

Because many of our products are created specifically for each order, production times may vary depending on demand, product type, and season.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
